Shipping & Handling costs are calculated according to the UPS table for residential shipping. Prices will vary depending on gross weight of the package, delivery time table, and final destination. Please allow up to 1 week to receive your order, unless you've chosen one of the express shipping methods.
If you reside in an apartment, UPS will require your signature to take receipt of the shipment. In your absence, you may ask your building management if they can do this for you.

Returns & Merchandise Replacement
- If your item was damaged during shipping, is defective, or is missing pieces, please contact us at (800) 664-7788 x 114.
- If you wish to cancel an order after it has placed, you will be charged a $10.00 restocking and cancellation fee and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Your refund will be credited after we have received and inspected the unopened item.
