Indianapolis, IN (August 16, 2009) - GenCon 2009 marked the return to focus on Winning Moves famous brand of family games good for the whole family. The 2 new games featured were Cir*Kis™, a brand-new piece playing game, and Take-A-Chance™, an all-new, fast paced, card and dice game.
Winning Moves Games, exhibiting at booth #1501, was a popular destination during all 4 days of the show. Eager gamers filled the booth to play Cir*Kis and Take-A-Chance. The fun colors and striking package of Cir*Kis attracted convention-goers into the booth for a demo. Word quickly spread around the convention center that Cir*Kis can be learned in under 3 minutes and you could immediately enjoy game play. A typical game lasts for 10-20 minutes. The subtle strategy, wonderfully unique pieces, and simple rule-set are the perfect mix for a great game. All advance copies of Cir*Kis were sold out by the 2nd day of the show.
Take-A-Chance was also a popular draw with its clever mix of elements from favorites like Yahtzee and Monopoly. Game play can be learned in about 5 minutes and a typical game lasts about 25 minutes. All advance copie sof Take-A-Chance were sold out by the end of the 4 day event.
